"Casual" doesn't always have to be a bad word when it comes to gaming, and no entry on this list illustrates that sentiment better than Alister Software's relaxing, catch-them-all arcade title. It's the spiritual successor to a charming little game called Cat Poke and is more or less a cartoonish mix of classic adventure titles and retro 16-bit platformers.

Visually, Green Dinosaur Games' retro action-platformer immediately calls to mind the simple shapes and animations of the Atari 2600, though the gameplay is perfect for modern speedrunning and the soundtrack is vaporwave perfection.
